Energy Performace Certificates
These certificates will be compulsory for rented properties from October 2008 and will contain detailed information about the energy efficiency of a property. They must be made available to prospective tenants free of charge and BEFORE a tenancy agreement is entered into.

The Rent A Room Scheme
