Credit checks/referencing and rent guarantee insurance

As part and parcel of our service to you we are able to put your prospective tenants through a comprehensive reference and credit check to check their suitability to rent your property. The tenant pays for this check (which costs them only £59), not you, and you don't need to get involved in any form filling or collecting of complex information. We only need you to give us their name, email address and telephone number - we then do everything else and at the end of the process provide you with a full report which provides you with the information you need to decide if you want to rent to them. If they are needed then guarantor references can also be carried out for the same price as the tenant references, once again with them paying the cost and not you.

If the prospects pass the reference then they become eligible for rent guarantee insurance for total peace of mind.
