Rent guarantee insurance

We've struck a superb deal on rent guarantee insurance for our landlords. We are confident you will not find a better policy at a better price anywhere. Incredibly, the insurance is the same price no matter what the rent amount is. The policy is priced is per tenancy not per tenant, so it doesn't matter if there are 1, 2 or 3 tenants on the agreement, the premium you pay remains the same. For a 6 month tenancy the price is £68.00 and for a 12 month tenancy the price is £108.00. (Just to let you know that this price may be subject to change by the insurer without notice, but we'll always get new prices onto the site ASAP). Once the tenant has passed the reference you will be asked if you require rent guarantee. Obviously if the tenant fails the reference for some reason then rent guarantee will not be available without a suitable guarantor.
